HOW YOU COULD OBTAIN THE FIDELITY CARD

All you have to do is to contact the assistance center of TSEM S.p.A. at number 049 801 6152 or via e-mail at the address of info@tsem.it A person in charge will be at your disposal to explain the membership procedure.

 

WHEN IT IS NECESSARY TO USE THE FIDELITY CARD

FIDELITY CARD is necessary to get the facilities and priority in all cases in which it is necessary to have further technical assistance on the electro medical devices that TSEM produce in their manufacture.

 

WHO RELEASE THE FIDELITY CARD

FIDELITY CARD is released only by SKEDA s.r.l. on behalf of TSEM S.p.A. or by TSEM S.p.A. directly. No other intermediary has a right to release this document.

The ordinary maintenance activity, preventive and corrective are very important and with joining FIDELITY CARD, our consultants are able to activate a monitoring and preventive information system for a best maintenance of devices.
